Installation cost is based solely upon the time and material necessary to connect the outlet location(s) to the distribution system. This cost will vary depending on several factors, such as: The distance from the outlet to the main phone closet on each floor; The ease of access to ceilings and walls (pop out tiles, drywall, etc.); Building requirements (i.e. conduit, special tools, drilling, etc.); After we complete your FREE site survey, we will provide you with a written estimate of installation charges. How quickly can my service be installed? We typically can have your service up and running within a week to 10 days of when you place your order. Set-top box programming instructions (pdf) Can we just subscribe to the FERC and/or FCC meeting broadcasts? YES. Our service can complement your existing cable service. What does it mean when you say "Multiple Outlets for One Fee"? The Capitol Connection bases its program fee per organization, per address. Each organization can install additional outlets without paying additional program fees (for example, 1 or 100 TV outlets in your organization are the same low program fee). We have a subtenant, can they have access to your service under our agreement? No, subtenants must subscrive separaely for their own service to ensure we comply with our agreements with the programmers. Our organization has offices at a different building location, is that office included in the unlimited outlets for one fee? No, each address for an organization must have a separate account and, therefore, must sign their own program agreement and pay their own program fee.
